This is ridiculous. Congressman Tancredo is about as private as Dubya and his segment of the film was shot at a public press conference, held by a public figure discussing public policy in public. Privacy tort laws therefore do not apply. Especially to such a media whore as Tom Tancredo.

From a glance at the names on the letterhead this "private" elected public official is represented by at least a couple of Yid mouthpieces on the Congressional General Counsel staff. lol, I always guessed him to be a pussy. I saw him back down once and not do a public speech in support of an immigration reform group and their state bill, cause things were 'rowdy'. It's quite clear to me, but so many of these "kahn-servatives" are so desperate to bend over backwards to avoid the charge of "racism" that they write letters like the one you received so they can "prove" to the opposition that they're not "racist". However, it does them no good. What's theirs is theirs, and what's ours is always negotiable. Heck, the head of the local NAACP up here got on T.V. and claimed the word "uppity" is racist! At some point we stop negotiating with people like that and start opposing them, like you have with this DVD, and like many of us our doing with our TAA distros or other forms of activism.

Precisely, and if it were even possible for Tancredo to have any cause of action, don't you think Bush and his neo-con clique would have a huge lawsuit against Moore for F911? Exactly, which suggests he probably consulted a private attorney, found out he doesn't have a case, then used government attorneys in a desperate attempt to silence the film.
